After hearing the learned Counsel for the parties at some length, by consent of the parties, instant petition is being disposed of in the following terms:-

· That the Revenue authorities may consider the request of the petitioner and the intervenor/respondent for allotment of the plot i.e S.No.52 (00-20) Ghuntas strictly in accordance with law as per prevailing market value after hearing both the parties.

However, disposal of instant petition in the aforesaid term may not give any entitlement or justification to either party in respect of the public land, which shall be dealt with and disposed of in accordance with law.

Petition stands disposed of along with listed applications.
