Mr. Ali Raza Baloch, Advocate is holding brief on behalf of Mr Zulfiqar Ali Naich, learned Counsel for petitioner as the latter is reported to be unwell, hence requests for time.

Learned Asstt: A.G submits that instant petition can be disposed of by directing the private respondents to get their private dispute settled by approaching the relevant authority/ competent court of civil jurisdiction, whereas, the official respondents may be directed to ensure that necessary protection may be provided to the petitioner or the private respondents as per their claim in accordance with relevant documents and record in respect of subject land. Accordingly instant petition stands disposed of in the above terms along with listed application.
