Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied and will
not press instant petition, provided that respondents may be directed to ensure
that no harassment shall be caused to the petitioner in respect of the subject
landed property, whereas, in case of any dispute regarding title and possession
of subject property, the respondents may approach the competent court of
jurisdiction for redressal of grievance, instead of
creating harassment.
Accordingly,
instant petition is disposed of with direction to the concerned official
respondents to look into the matter and to ensure that no one shall be allowed
to violate law in respect of subject property, whereas, in case of any dispute
between the private parties over the subject landed property, regarding title
or possession, the parties shall approach the competent Court of jurisdiction
for redressal of their grievance in accordance with
law.
