Pursuant to Court notice, Hatim Ali Lakhan, has shown appearance and denied the allegations and submits that he has not caused any harassment nor damaged the house hold articles of the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will not press instant petition and may seek other remedy, however, respondents shall be restrained not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and his family members. Accordingly, instant petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondents to conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law and to ensure that no harassment will be caused to the petitioner.
