                        Pursuant to Court notice, Mr. Shafqat Raheem Rajput, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of private respondent No.7, whereas, statements have been filed on behalf of official respondents along with annexures, which are taken on record, copies supplied to learned Counsel for petitioner.

                        Mst. Nabeela, the alleged detainee is present in Court and submits that though she had contracted marriage with petitioner Aijaz Ali Burdi, out of her own freewill, however, in view his misconduct and maltreatment, she had voluntarily left the house of petitioner and does not want to reside along with him and whereas, she has also filed Family Suit No. 12 of 2016 before the Family Judge, Rajanpur (Punjab) for dissolution of her marriage, where she is residing presently along with her parents. She has categorically stated that she does not want to live with petitioner anymore.

                        In view of herein above statement of Mst. Nabeela, the allegation of her alleged detention by respondents stands falsified, therefore, instant petition stands disposed of. However, Mst.Nabeela is at liberty to pursue her remedy seeking dissolution of marriage by way of Khula before proper Court of jurisdiction. Learned Counsel for respondent No.7 submits that concerned police may be  directed to provide protection to Mst. Nabeela and her father who may be escorted by police to their safe destination. SIP Abdul Shakoor Channa, Addl: SHO Police Station, Merhabpur present in Court undertake to provide protection to Mst. Nabeela as well as private respondents upto their safe destination.

                        Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
