Mr. Shahryar Imdad Awan, Asstt: A.G along with ASI Wazir Ali Bugti, on behalf of SHO P.S Kot Diji.

Petitioner Muhammad Atif Sohu is present while his Counsel called absent. Pursuant to Court notice, ASI Wazir Ali Bugti shown appearance and filed statement, wherein it has been stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner, whereas, it appears that there is some private dispute of petitioner with his brother Kashif over some business. Petitioner further submits that the official respondents may be directed to provide protection, as harassment is being caused to him by his brother Kashif in respect of some private business.

It appears that there is some dispute between petitioner and his brother, whereas, no harassment is being caused by the police, as such allegations are denied. Accordingly, instant petition is being disposed of with direction to the petitioner to ensure that the private dispute shall be settled either outside the Court or the same may be get resolved by seeking redessal of grievance through competent Court of Law. The concerned police is directed to ensure that they may not interfere in the private dispute between the parties, however in case if any cognizable offence is reported, appropriate action may be taken in accordance with law and protection in accordance shall be provided.

Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
