Through instant petition, the petitioners alleged harassment by the police at the instance of private respondents, who according to learned Counsel for petitioner is continuously causing harassment to the petitioners at the instance of respondents No.8 & 9 and asking the petitioners not to contest the forthcoming Local Bodies Elections, 2015 from Ward-2 Union Council Khan Wahan, Taluka Kandiaro, District Naushahro Feroze.

Notices were issued, pursuant to which comments have been filed by respondents No.6 & 7, whereas, SIP Abdul Hameed, SHO Police Station, Khan Wahan also shown appearance and has categorically denied such allegations, it has been stated that he has nothing to do with the candidature of the petitioners in the forthcoming elections which are being held on 19.11.2015 and he has been posted as S.H.O and he would not interfere in the election campaign of the petitioners for contesting the forthcoming elections.

In view of herein above position, instant petition is disposed of with direction to respondents to ensure that no harassment is caused to the petitioners in respect of their contesting forthcoming Local Bodies Elections, 2015.
