Instant petition was filed on 18.07.2012, whereby the petitioner expresses his grievance against the official respondents who according to petitioner did not supply water to the petitioner as per share list. Instant petition is pending since 2012, whereas, petitioner and his counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, we dispose of instant petition with directions to the petitioner to approach the concerned XEN, who shall consider the request of the petitioner to supply water strictly in accordance with law and if the petitioner is entitled to be supplied water as per share list from concerned watercourse, needful shall be done in accordance with law.
