Mr.
Ali Gul Abbasi has filed vakalatnama on behalf of petitioner
and submits that the impugned bill has not yet been corrected in spite of the
fact that the petitioner has filed complaint before the Electric Inspector.
Learned counsel for SEPCO submits that instant petition may be disposed of,
whereas, Electric Inspector may be directed to decide the complaint of the
petitioner within reasonable period of time and in the meanwhile the SEPCO will
not disconnect the electricity connection of the petitioner.
In
view of hereinabove facts and circumstances of the case, instant petition is
being disposed of along with listed application, with directions to the
Electric Inspector to decide the complaint of the petitioner within two weeks
from the date of receipt of this order. Till decision by the Electric
Inspector, the respondents shall not disconnect the electricity connection of
the petitioner and petitioner will continue to deposit the current bill in
accordance with law.
