Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the enquiry report dated 25.08.2015 in respect of subject FIR No.95/2015 registered at PS A-Section, Ghotki, and submits that purpose of filing instant petition has been served, however, requests that the respondent No.3 may be directed to submit such enquiry report to the concerned Court. Learned counsel for the respondent No.5 submits that in the instant matter challan has already been submitted, whereafter, such enquiry has been conducted, therefore, the respondent reserves his right to dispute such enquiry before the proper Court of jurisdiction, in accordance with law.

Be that as it may, since the request of the petitioner for conducting re-investigation has already been considered by the DIG Sukkur, therefore, the main purpose of filing instant petition has been served. Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of along with listed application, however, the parties are at liberty to seek their further remedy before the proper Court, whereas, respondent No.5 may proceed further in accordance with law, pursuant to enquiry report submitted by DIG, Sukkur.
