Pursuant to Court notice, comments have been filed on behalf of Respondents No.1 & 2, wherein it has been stated that pursuant to F.I.R No.442 of 2011 the accused persons namely Qurban Bullo and Ghulam Hyder Pitafi were arrested and challan has been submitted and case is proceeding before learned trial Court, whereas, the abductee has also been got released. It appears that in view of such facts, the petitioner and her counsel are not proceeding with the matter, hence are not in attendance, whereas, the purpose of filing instant petition has been served-out. Accordingly, instant petition stands disposed of.
