Learned Assistant Advocate General
has drawn the attention of this Court to the concise statement dated 22.06.2015
filed by Additional Secretary (Schools), Focal Person on Litigation cases,
Education & Literacy Department and its annexures, which, according to learned
AAG, has been submitted pursuant to orders passed by this Court on 06.05.2015
whereby, instant petition was finally disposed of. Per learned Assistant
Advocate General, after detailed scrutiny in the matter pursuant to directions
of this Court it has been found that the testimonials of the petitioner are bogus
and forged, therefore, he could not be considered for
appointment in the Education Department.
Learned counsel for the petitioner
submits that copy of such concise statement along with its annexures has not
been supplied to the petitioner for examination and the petitioner may file
objections thereon. He claims copy of such statement. Learned Assistant
Advocate General undertakes to supply the same during course of the day.
From perusal of record, it appears
that instant matter was finally disposed of vide order dated 06.05.2015.
Thereafter, concise report has been furnished by the respondents accordingly in
the above terms and no further orders are required as the matter is already
disposed of with direction which have been complied by respondents. Such
statement/report is taken on record. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by
such report or any subsequent development, he may seek remedy by filing
appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
