After hearing learned counsel for the parties, by consent, instant petition is being disposed of in the following terms:

1. That petitioner Abdul Kalam s/o Muhammad younis Siddiqui, present in Court, shall vacate the subject Railway Quarter No.143/4&5 (Q-26) type, within four months from today i.e. by 22.04.2016 and shall handover vacant possession to respondent i.e. Pakistan Railways, Sukkur Region after clearing all utility dues, copy of which may also be supplied to the respondents.

2. That on receipt of vacant possession of subject quarter, the respondents shall refund the amount of Rs.21,600/- after adjustment of any outstanding liabilities.

3. That if the petitioner or anyone else occupying subject quarter, will not vacate the subject quarter within stipulated period, the same shall be got vacated through police aid with permission to break open the locks.

Petition stands disposed of in the above terms, along with listed application.
