Mr. Qudratullah Rajput, learned Counsel for petitioners is present in Court and submits that he has no instructions from his clients in the instant matter, whereas, according to learned Counsel the matter was earlier proceeded by his partner Mr. Ghulam Umar Rajput, Advocate.

Pursuant to Court notice, Inspector Zulfiqar Abbass Langah, DSP Gambat on behalf of DIGP, Sukkur, ASI Mashooque Ali P.S Ranipur, ASI Abdul Latif, P.S Hingorja and ASI Amir Ali Shar, P.S, Hingorja, have shown appearance and filed statements on behalf of respondent No.2, 4, 5 & 8, which are taken on record, copy supplied to the learned Counsel for petitioners. Learned Asstt:A.G submits that as per statement filed on behalf of SHO Police Station, Ranipur, both the F.I.Rs No. 54/2012 registered at police station, Ranipur against accused Ghulam Hyder, the present petitioner and others and Crime No. 58/2012 U/s 13(d) Arms Ordinance registered against Bhagio, have duly been challaned before the trial Court, whereas, the petitioners are reported to be on bail.

In view of herein above facts and circumstances, the petitioners have lost interest to proceed with the matter which is pending since 2013,whereas, the aforesaid F.I.Rs have duly been challaned and the matters are pending trial before the competent Court of Law. Accordingly, instant petition stands disposed of.
