                        After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, respondents and learned DAG at some length, and by consent of all present including Fateh Muhammad DPO and Fazal Illahi DCO, Pakistan Railways, Sukkur, the aforesaid petitions are disposed of in the following terms:

 

“That the licence of the petitioners would be considered and extended for another period of one year from today, subject to 20 percent increase in the agreed Licence Fee, whereas, the advance payment for the extended period of 12 months shall be made by the petitioners within 15 days of this order, whereafter, possession of subject vending stalls shall be handed over to the petitioners.”

 

 

            It is clarified that the above arrangement is being made by consent of the parties, which shall be subject to strict compliance of the terms of the licence/agreement already executed between the parties whereas, the petitioners shall not take any undue advantage of disposal of instant petitions in the aforesaid terms. As regards the auction/renewal of licence of other vendors/shops at Railway Station, Rohri is concerned, the same shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law and as per policy, whereas, this order will have no bearing whatsoever on the licence/agreements already executed or acted upon between the parties.

 

            Both the above petitions stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms, along with the listed applications.
