Petitioner
present in person submits that private respondents are causing harassment to
him in respect of share in the property, whereas, the Mukhtiarkar
(Revenue) Taluka Bhiria,
District Naushahro Feroze,
is not resolving the dispute between the parties. Learned counsel for the
respondents Nos.6 to 9 denies the allegations as contained in the instant
petition and submits that no harassment has been caused by the private
respondents, whereas, petitioner may be directed to approach the concerned
Revenue authorities for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law.
Learned AAG submits that instant petition may be disposed of by directing the
parties to get their dispute relating to entitlement resolved by approaching
the Revenue authorities.
Accordingly, instant petition is
disposed of with directions to the concerned Mukhtiarkar
to look into the matter and decide the dispute between the parties regarding
their respective share in the property, after providing opportunity of being
heard and pass order strictly in accordance with law. In the meanwhile, the
private respondents are directed to ensure that no harassment shall be caused to
the petitioner in respect of civil dispute as referred hereinabove.
