Through listed application, the applicant/surety requests for return of surety documents produced before the Additional Registrar of this Court pursuant to order dated 05.03.2012 whereby the applicants/accused were granted interim pre-arrest bail subject to their furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (one lac) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court.

Applicant/surety submits that the aforesaid bail was subsequently confirmed, whereafter, the applicants/accused in Sessions case No.331/2012 vide judgment dated 01.02.2014 passed by the 3^rd Additional Sessions Judge, Mirpur Mathelo, have been acquitted in crime No.32/2011 PS Belo Mirpur. He further submits that the surety furnished before this Court is no more required and may be ordered to return to the applicant/surety.

Mr. Abdul Rahman Kolachi, learned Assistant Prosecutor General is present in Court, waives notice and after perusal of record does not controvert the contention of the learned counsel.

Accordingly, listed application is granted. Office is directed to return the surety documents to the applicant/surety after proper verification and identification.
