Through instant petition, the petitioner has sought directions of this Court for respondent No.2 to 4 to issue sale certificate in favour of the petitioner in respect of property viz. three shops and residential two portion upper storey T.C No.1108, measuring 700 Sq. Ft. equal 77.77 Sq. Yards situated in Sabzi Mandi, Old Market, Mirpur Mathelo in the year 2003 purchased from one Aftab Ahmed s/o Abdul Razak Naich.

Notices were issued, pursuant to which Nazir Ahmed Mahar, Mukhtiarkar, Mirpur Mathelo has shown appearance and filed comments along with annexures, which are taken on record and copy supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned AAG submits that according to comments filed on behalf of Revenue authorities, the claim of the petitioner has been disputed as the relevant entries have been cancelled by the EDO. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of such factual position, submits that the petitioner will seek remedy in accordance with law and does not press instant petition, which is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
