                        Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will be satisfied if the concerned police particularly SSP, Naushahro Feroze may be directed to provide protection to the petitioners and establish a police picket in the area in order to ensure that the petitioners and their children may rebuild their houses and reside freely there without any fear or threat.

 

            The SHO present in Court submits that all necessary protection will be provided to the petitioners, whereas, a police picket will also be established where a reasonable number of police personnel will be deployed who shall ensure that protection shall be provided to the petitioners and their children so that they may reside in their houses freely without any fear and threat to their lives.

 

            In view of hereinabove, instant petition is being disposed of with directions to the SSP, Naushahro Feroze to make an effort to get the dispute settled between the parties by calling their elders/notables so that no untoward incident take place in future. He shall also ensure that a police picket may be established in the subject area where reasonable police personnel may be deployed for a reasonable time so that petitioners and their children may rebuild their houses without any fear and threat. The SHO present in Court has undertaken that police picket will be established within 15 days. Compliance report shall be submitted to this Court through Additional Registrar of this Court after four weeks. Copy of this order be sent to SSP, Naushahro Feroze for compliance.

 

Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
