Through listed application, the applicant/surety requests for return of surety amount deposited before the Additional Registrar of this Court pursuant to order dated15.06.2015 whereby the applicant/accused was granted protective bail for four days subject to his furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (twenty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant/surety contends that pursuant to aforesaid order, the applicant/accused surrendered before the trial Court within stipulated period where, vide order dated 16.06.2015 ad-interim pre-arrest bail was granted to the applicant/accused. Per learned counsel the surety furnished before this Court is no more required and may be ordered to return to the applicant/surety.

Mr. Abdul Rahman Kolachi, learned Assistant Prosecutor General is present in Court, waives notice and after perusal of record does not controvert the contention of the learned counsel.

Accordingly, listed application is granted. Office is directed to return the surety amount to the applicant/surety after proper verification and identification.
