Through listed application, the applicant/surety requests for return of surety amount deposited before the Additional Registrar of this Court pursuant to order dated 03.09.2015 whereby the applicant/accused was granted protective bail for seven days subject to his furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant/surety contends that pursuant to aforesaid order, the applicant/accused surrendered before the trial Court where, vide order dated 29.09.2015 ad-interim pre-arrest bail was granted to the applicant/accused, who according to learned counsel is attending the trial Court. Per learned counsel the surety furnished before this Court is no more required and be ordered to return to the applicant/surety.

Mr. Abdul Rahman Kolachi, learned Assistant Prosecutor General is present in Court, waives notice and after perusal of record does not controvert the contention of the learned counsel.

Accordingly, listed application is granted. Office is directed to return the surety documents/prize bonds to the applicant/surety after proper verification and identification.
