Through listed application, the applicant/surety requests for return of surety documents furnished before the Additional Registrar of this Court pursuant to order dated13.06.2013 whereby the applicants/accused were granted protective bail for five days subject to their furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (one lac) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court.

Applicant/surety present in person submits that pursuant to aforesaid order, the applicants/accused surrendered before the trial Court within stipulated period and were granted pre-arrest bail and have subsequently been acquitted vide judgment dated 19.09.2013, such copy has been placed on record. He further submits that the surety furnished before this Court is no more required and be ordered to return to the applicant/surety.

Syed Sardar Ali Shah Rizvi, learned Assistant Prosecutor General is present in Court, waives notice and after perusal of record does not controvert the submissions of the applicant/surety.

Accordingly, listed application is granted. Office is directed to return the surety document to the applicant/surety after proper verification and identification.
