Through listed application, the applicant/surety requests for return of surety amount deposited before the Additional Registrar of this Court pursuant to order dated 07.10.2015 whereby the applicant/accused was granted protective bail for five days subject to his furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant/surety submits that pursuant to aforesaid order, the applicant/accused surrendered before the trial Court within stipulated period where, vide order dated 08.10.2015 absence of the applicant/accused was excused and order for issuance of NBWs was recalled and thereafter on 20.10.2015 the applicant has furnished fresh surety before the trial Court as his previous surety has expired. Per learned counsel, the surety furnished before this Court is no more required and may be ordered to return to the applicant/surety.

Mr. Rabait Ali Bhambhro, Special Prosecutor, NAB is present in Court in other matters, waives notice and after perusal of record does not controvert the contention of the learned counsel.

Accordingly, listed application is granted. Office is directed to return the surety amount to the applicant/surety after proper verification and identification.
