petitioners pleads no instructions in the instant matter, whereas in the
instant matter petitioners have expressed their grievance against the
respondents, who according to petitioners are not supplying water in respect of
his subject land as per share list.
Instant petition is
disposed of with direction to the respondents to ensure that if and when the
petitioners will approach the respondents for supply of irrigation water for
the subject land as per share list, the needful shall be done strictly in
accordance with law.
