Petitioner and his counsel called absent, no intimation received.

Instant petitioner has been filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of F.C Suit No. 141 of 2008 (New No. 6/2010) “ Meboob Ali Versus Jawed Aslam and others” from the Court of Senior Civil Judge Moro district Naushehro Feroze to any other Senior Civil Judge. However, it appears that after having filed the instant petition, the petitioner and his counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter.

Counsel for respondents No.17 to 17(ix) submits that instant petition is not maintainable, whereas, no valid ground has been mentioned in the instant petition seeking transfer of the case, which is already proceeding before the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge Moro, district Naushehro Feroze.

Accordingly, instant petition being devoid of merit is dismissed along with listed application.
