Pursuant to Court notice petitioner is present along with her father namely Allah Wadhayo, who have submitted that matter has been patched up between the parties out of Court, however, petitioner is presently residing with her father and her husband is presently working at Karachi.

Statement has been filed by SIP Mehar Ali Shah who has shown his appearance and submits that he has got recorded statement under section 164 Cr.P.C of petitioner No.1 Mst. Hira Naz from concerned Magistrate, which has been placed on record and submits that she has contracted free will marriage out of her own accord with petitioner No.2, whereas, now the matter has been patched up between the parties hence the aforesaid F.I.R may be quashed.

The petitioner’s father Allah Wadhayo is present who submits that he does not press the F.I.R No.118/2013 registered by him at Police Station ‘A’ Section Kharipur.

Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of with directions to SIP Mehar Ali Shah Investigating Office of aforesaid F.I.R to submit the report under section 173 Cr.P.C before the concerned Magistrate, who shall pass appropriate order, whereas compliance report shall be submitted before this Court within two weeks.

Petition stands disposed of along with listed application.
