Learned Asstt: A.G submits that instant petition has been filed with prayer to direct the concerned police to arrest the accused persons in Crime No. 10 of 2013 registered at Police Station Bhirya road, district Naushehro Feroze and submits that instant petition may be disposed of with directions to concerned police to arrest the accused persons nominated in the aforesaid F.I.R, if they have not arrested so far, and produce them before learned trial Court.

Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of with directions to concerned police to ensure the arrest of accused persons nominated in the aforesaid F.I.R and produce them before the trial Court.

Instant petition is disposed of in the above terms.
