Petitioner and his counsel called absent, no intimation received. On 24.12.2012 when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to satisfy the Court as to maintainability of instant petition as transfers and postings of the police officers which appears to has been made pursuant to the order of this Court dated 24.10.2012 passed in Constitution Petition No.2314/2011, has been challenged by petitioners. Instant petition is pending since 20.12.2012 without any useful progress and since then the petitioners have not remained vigilant to pursue the matter who appears to have lost interest to proceed with the case. No explanation has been given regarding objection as to maintainability of instant petition.

Accordingly instant petition is dismissed along with listed applications.
