Mr. Muhammad Iqbal Memon Advocate for petitioners, as the latter is out of station, however, it appears that no instructions whatsoever has been issued by petitioner to the advocate holding brief.

Record shows that instant petition is pending 2012, without any useful progress, whereas petitioners have expressed their grievance against the respondents that petitioners are not being supplied irrigation water for their lands as per share list.

We would dispose of instant petition with directions to the respondents to ensure that if petitioners are found to be eligible, shall be supplied irrigation water as per share list in respect of water course No. 111-L, 112-R & 113-R & 113-AL, strictly in accordance with law.

Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of along with listed application.
