Petitioners and their counsel called absent, no intimation received. Though instant petition, the petitioners who contracted free will marriage, sought for protection and quashment of F.I.R No.65/2013 registered at Police Station ‘C’ Section Khairpur about alleged abduction of Mst. Shahida. Notices were issued in the instant matter, whereas order for protection was passed on 28.06.2013, however, the record shows thereafter the matter was not fixed in Court.

Today, ASI Ghulam Nabi of Police Station ‘C’ Section Sukkur has shown appearance and inform to learned State Counsel that the aforesaid F.I.R has been disposed of in ‘B’ Class. Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of with directions to concerned police to provide protection to the petitioners in respect of free will marriage, in accordance with law.
