From perusal of comments filed on behalf of respondents, it appears that reference filed against the Award has already been dismissed, whereafter the petitioners have filed separate proceeding before civil Court of competent jurisdiction by way of reference. It appears that the claim of the petitioner has been denied in the comments by the respondents, according to which no house, shop or compound wall of the petitioners has been acquired.
It further transpires that petitioners were already paid compensation of their land.

It appears that none of the counsel representing the petitioners is in attendance. The instant matter is pending since 2009 without any useful progress, whereas claim of the petitioner has been denied by the petitioner. Accordingly instant petition stands dismissed.
