On 27.02.2013 when the matter was taken up for hearing in Court, the petitioner was directed to satisfy the Court as to maintainability of instant petition, as well as to show the locus standi of the petitioner to seek relief as the petitioner did not file any document of title or his lawful possession over subject land which admittedly belong to Pakistan Railways. Since then the petitioner has not come forward either to assist this Court on maintainability or even to pursue the case for the last three years. It appears that petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter..

Learned counsel for respondents submits that petitioner was an encroacher upon the Railway land.

Accordingly instant application is dismissed along with listed application.
