3&4. Through the instant petition, petitioner has expressed his apprehension that the respondents under the garb of some un-satisfactory work carried out by contractors in Faizganj sub-division in the year 2015, the petitioner is being harassed and will be involved in false cases by the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that presently the petitioner is not serving with the respondent No.2, however, respondent No.2 issued letters and also verbal threats to the petitioner to involve him in false cases.

Perusal of record shows that letter dated. 07.12.2015 was issued by Executive Engineer, Irrigation East Division Khairpur to petitioner seeking his explanation in respect of some work undertaken during his tenure for water course at Faizganj sub-division, whereas the petitioner has submitted his explanation vide his letter dated 16.12.2015, thereafter, there seems no letter having been issued by the respondents to the petitioner, whereas grievance expressed by the petitioner appears to be apprehensive.
Accordingly instant petition is dismissed along with listed applications. However, the petitioner is at liberty to defend any allegation leveled or proceedings initiated by the respondents, whereas respondents are also directed to ensure that the petitioner shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law and shall not be involved in any false case or frivolous proceedings.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms along with listed applications.
