C.P No.D-153 of 2011

C.P No.D-1076 of 2011

______________________________________________________________________        DATE                                     ORDER WITH SIGNATURE OF JUDGE ______________________________________________________________________

15.03.2016

Mr. Bakhshan Khan Mahar, advocate for petitioners in C.P No.D-73/2011, D-153/2011 and D-1076/2011.

Mr. Amanullah Shaikh, advocate for STEVATA a/w Rehmatullah Memon, Assistant RD Officer (STEVTA), Sukkur.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Mr. Shehiryar Ali Awan A.A.G

                                                ...............

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners have been given appointment and their services have been regularized by the STEVTA, however, their salaries from the date of offer letters have not been released. It has been further stated that terms of services of the petitioners in the STEVTA are disadvantageous to the terms of the petitioners in education department.

It appears that the petitioners are expressing different cause which was not subject matter of instant petition and can not be examined in detail while hearing the contempt application. Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with in substance, therefore, we would dispose of listed applications, however, petitioners will be at liberty to file their grievance before STEVTA authorities, who shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law as per rules sympathetically and will pass appropriate order thereon.

            Listed applications are disposed of.
