Learned counsel for applicant after arguing the matter at some length, submits that the applicant will not press instant bail application, provided directions may be issued to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial within two months as the matter pertains to year 2014, and the applicant is behind the bar for more than two years, whereas, prosecution witnesses, who are police officials are not coming forward for recording of their evidence. Learned DPG does not oppose disposal of instant bail application in the above terms.

Accordingly, instant bail application is dismissed as not pressed, however, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of this order, after examining all the necessary prosecution witnesses. If the trial is not concluded within three months the applicant may be at liberty to file fresh bail application before trial Court.

Copy of this order be sent to trial Court to ensure compliance.
