Pursuant to Court notice, S.S.P Khairpur has submitted his report wherein he has stated
that the alleged detenue namely: Eidal son of Ali Murad Watni who is Proclaimed
Offender, has been arrested by S.H.O Police Station Ranipur
in crime No.46/2008 registered at Police Station Ranipur
under sections 302,324, 148,149 PPC on 17.02.2016 and presently confined in
Sub-Jail Gambat.
The purpose of filing of instant
petition has been served as the alleged detenue has been shown to be arrested
by police in crime No.46/2008 P.S Ranipur, therefore
instant petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner and the accused
will be at liberty to approach the concerned Court for the release or acquittal
of husband of petitioner namely Eidal in accordance with
law.
