to Court notice, Nazir Ahmed Sahito,
respondent No.7 shown appearance and submits that he has no concern with the
F.I.R75 of 2015 which was got registered by brother of petitioner No.1. Learned
Asstt: A.G submits that as per his information
provided by I.O that the aforesaid F.I.R has already been disposed of under “C”
class.
In
view of herein above position, learned Counsel for petitioners is satisfied and
does not press instant petition, however submits that the concerned I.O or
S.H.O may be directed to place on record copy of order passed by the concerned
Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, whereas, concerned police may also be
directed to provide protection to the petitioners. Order accordingly. The
instant petition is disposed of, however, the
concerned I.O or S.H.O is directed to submit compliance report by placing copy
of order passed by the concerned Magistrate through Additional Registrar of
this Court within ten days.
