along with SIP Shoukat Ali Lund S.H.O P.S. Baharo,

applicant Bakhshal Narejo and alleged detenues Alidino and Muhammad Nawaz.

Petitioner submits that after issuance of notices, the alleged deteneus Ali Dino and Muhammad Nawaz have been released. Both the alleged detenues are also present in Court and submit that they were illegally detained by private respondents, and have been released after notices issued by this Court. It has been further submitted that directions may be issued to official respondents for protection, whereas they will seek remedy against illegal detention.

SIP Shoukat Ali Lund S.H.O of P.S Baharo present along with detenues in Court and submits that since the applicant and the alleged detenues attempted to occupy government land, therefore, they were removed from such land and ,therefore, instant false and frivolous case has been filed to prevent police from taking legal action against illegal possession over Government land.

The purpose of filing the instant application has been achieved as alleged detenues are present in Court. Respondents are directed to ensure that petitioner and the alleged detenues shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law. However, if the alleged detenues still feel aggrieved, they will be at liberty to seek further remedy against the persons for their illegal detention in accordance with law.

Instant petition is disposed of in the above terms.
