Petitioner and his counsel called absent, no intimation received. After having filed instant petition on 17.01.2013 alleging harassment by the official respondents, the petitioner has not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, who appears to have lost interest. Moreover from perusal of contents of instant petition and the documents attached, the reliefs sought by the petitioner prima faice appears to be misconceived as no legal entitlement to hold possession over government land has been referred by the petitioner.

Accordingly instant petition being misconceived, is disposed of along with listed applications.
