Petitioner and her counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 30.11.2012 whereafter petitioner sought quashment of F.I.R No.30 of 2012 registered at Police Station Ahmedpur district Khairpur, protection and release of her husband, who according to petitioner was arrested in crime No.30 of 2012 registered at Police Station Ahmedpur on the allegations of her abduction. Comments have been filed on behalf of respondent No.2/S.S.P Khairpur , which are taken on record. Case file reveals that an order dated 23.01.2013 was passed in the instant matter directing release of her husband Khadim Hussain, thereafter the matter has not been placed before the Court nor petitioner has come forward to proceed with the matter.

It appears that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed therefore, petitioner and her counsel are not in attendance. Accordingly, instant petition stands disposed of along with listed application.
