Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to come prepared on next date to assist this Court as to maintainability of instant petition whereby the petitioner is seeking correction in his service record relating to date of birth, whereas such issue has already been settled by the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan, wherein it has been held that correction in the age can be made within 02 years from the date of appointment in service.
