Pursuant to the Court notices, ASI Muhammad AkramInvestigating Officer of F.I.R No.181/2015 under section 365-B,34 PPC has shown appearance and has recorded statement of petitioner No.lMst. Madihah Shah daughter of Syed Mazhar Ali Zaidi and has placed on record copy of statement wherein it has been stated that she being Sui Juris has contracted marriage on her own will and without any pressure with petitioner No.2 Asif Ali and has not been abducted by any one. She has further stated that allegation contained in the instant F.I.R are false and baseless. Pursuant to the Court notices Danish brother of petitioner No.lMst. Madihah Shah has also shown appearance and submits that since the whereabouts of his sister were not known therefore the aforesaid F.I.R regarding her abduction got registered, however, he has stated that since she has contracted marriage on her own free will, therefore, her family members have no grudge against her and are willing to accept the marriage of petitioner provided they may remain in contact.

In view of facts and circumstances of the case and statement of Mst. Madihah Shah recorded by Investigating Officer of aforesaid F.I.R, instant

petition is disposed of with directions to Investigation Officer present in Court to submit report before concerned Magistrate along with statement of Mst. Madihah Shah who shall pass appropriate order for disposal of F.I.R within one week in accordance with law whereafter compliance report will be submitted by Investigating Officer along with copy of order of learned Magistrate within 02 weeks of his order through Additional Registrar of this Court.Concerned Police is also directed to provide protection to the petitioners in respect of their freewill marriage. The petitioner No.lMst. Madihah Shah is at liberty to go along with her husband/petitioner No.2 and to pass life in accordance with law.

Petition stands disposed of along with listed application in above terms.
