On 10.02.2016 notices were issued to the respondents, with directions to consider the request of petitioner for issuance of blank tender form, if the respondents found the petitioner to be eligible in accordance with law and rules. However, office note reflects that after above order for issuance of notice, the petitioner neither deposited cost of notices nor supplied the copies of instant petition along with annexures, therefore, matter is fixed for orders as to non-prosecution.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest to pursue the instant petition, as neither petitioner nor his counsel shown appearance, therefore, instant petition is hereby dismissed along with listed application.
