Pursuant to Court notice, respondents No.4 to 6 have filed statements, wherein they have stated that no harassment has been caused to the petitioners, whereas, no FIR is registered against the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are presently residing at Nawabshah, whereas, harassment is being caused by the relatives of Mst. Zameeran, who live at Naushahro Feroze hence requests that concerned police may be directed to provide protection to the petitioners.

Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of with directions to the concerned police to ensure that no harassment is caused to the petitioners in respect of their freewill marriage, whereas, legal protection may be provided to them in accordance with law.
