Learned counsel for petitioner under the instructions of petitioner, does not press the review application i.e CMA No.6206/2010, however submits that the respondents may be directed to release the pensionery benefits of the petitioner for which he is entitled under the law.

Accordingly, the listed application is dismissed as not pressed. However, petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned respondents with his claim of pensionery benefits, which shall be considered strictly in accordance with law and decided within reasonable period of time.
