Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to satisfy this Court as to maintainability of instant petition.

Today petitioner and his counsel called absent which reflects that petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the petition whereas learned counsel for petitioner has not submitted any response to to the petition with regard to maintainability of the instant petition, however, this petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
