After arguing the matter at some length and in view of query made by this Court, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the instant petition and submits that petitioner will seek her remedy before the competent forum by filing proper application for redressal of her grievance.

Accordingly instant petition is dismissed as not pressed, however, petitioner is at liberty to approach to competent forum for redressal of her grievance in accordance with law.
