Learned State Counsel submits that the petitioner has already been distributed the wheat bags as per quota policy, whereas, the respondents are also willing to make payment of the wheat of the petitioner, which is lying with the respondents, however, the petitioner is not lifting such wheat and insists that more wheat bags may be supplied.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents may be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner in respect of remaining wheat bags, which according to petitioner are required to be issued by the respondents to the petitioner, as per policy and quota.

Respondents present in Court submit that if the petitioner will approach along with relevant documents and call-deposit in respect of remaining wheat bags, if any, such request will be considered in accordance with law and as per policy and quota.

Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of in the above terms.
