Petitioner and his counsel called absent, no
intimation received.
On 13.5.2015 when the matter was taken-up, no one was in attendance on behalf
of petitioner. Instant petition was filed on 29.12.2011 seeking issuance of
Rule Nisi in respect of alleged detenue namely Ubedullah son of Andal alias
Imdad i.e cousin of petitioner, however, it appears that the petitioner has not
remained vigilant to pursue the instant petition for the reason that no one
appeared on behalf of petitioner. No useful purpose will be served if the instant
petition is kept pending.
Accordingly instant petitioner is dismissed
for non-prosecution along with listed application.
