Learned counsel for the petitioner pleads no instructions, however, submits that as per comments filed on behalf of the respondents, certain amounts were outstanding, which could not be paid to the petitioner on account of non-availability of funds. Learned AAG submits that instant petition may be disposed of with directions to the respondents to make payment of the admitted outstanding amount of the petitioner, if not paid so far, within a reasonable period of time. Order accordingly.

Instant petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
